1.1 Your access to and use of no4jl is conditioned upon your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the platform.

1.3 no4jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will endeavor to notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
1.4 By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you are of legal age to gamble in the Philippines (21 years or older), and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use no4jl. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and is strictly enforced. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. no4jl is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You may not use no4jl if you are legally prohibited from doing so by any applicable law or regulation.
2.4 Not an Employee. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of no4jl — as well as immediate family members of such persons — are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on no4jl. The operation of multiple accounts, whether by the same person or by persons acting in coordination, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. no4jl will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Suspension. no4jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
4.1 In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Philippine financial compliance requirements, no4jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
4.2 All accounts are required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine National ID / PhilSys card), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership where required.
4.3 no4jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including during account registration, prior to bonus activation, or at any point during the account lifecycle, for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
4.4 Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until the verification process is completed.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. no4jl accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, USDT (Tether), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven cash deposits. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted at no4jl's discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. no4jl will endeavor to process verified withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are targets and not guaranteed; no4jl shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits. no4jl reserves the right to require the same-source withdrawal as part of its AML compliance framework.
5.5 Currency. The default transaction currency on no4jl is Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit or withdrawal made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of transactions, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
6.1 no4jl may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programs to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Abuse Prevention. no4jl reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
6.4 no4jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for any cancelled promotion.
7.1 All games offered on no4jl are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game, as published in the game's interface or help section. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on no4jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing laboratories.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers using physical equipment. Game results in live dealer games are final and determined by the physical outcome of the deal, spin, or draw.
7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, no4jl reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount. no4jl shall not be liable for any loss claimed by a player as a result of such a malfunction.
7.5 Interrupted Sessions. If a game session is interrupted due to a connectivity issue on the player's side, the platform will attempt to resume the session from the last confirmed game state. no4jl is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on no4jl and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Violation of any prohibition listed in Section 8.1 may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities as appropriate.

10.1 All content on the no4jl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, user interface elements, and databases — is the proprietary property of no4jl or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any no4jl content without express prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no4jl, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
11.2 no4jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 no4jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 no4jl's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using no4jl, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13.1 no4jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, no4jl will endeavor to notify registered players via email or platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of no4jl following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
14.3 Nothing in this section shall prevent no4jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
