no4jl Privacy Policy

9.2 Specifically, transaction records and KYC documentation are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations under Republic Act No. 9160. This retention period may be extended if required by ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory investigations.

9.3 Marketing preference data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion. Account preferences and platform interaction logs are retained for up to two (2) years following last account activity.

9.4 Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with no4jl's data disposal procedures.

11 Children's Privacy

11.2 If no4jl discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately deactivate the relevant account and delete the associated personal data.
